1000m climb around the seat was the aim. Was supposed to meet Andy halfway but failed to be at the right meeting place:L oops. Slow and steady but feeling good after the first forty minutes so. 2 x up to the top from Pollock, (went the second time when I failed to find Andrew) 2 x MFD and 4 times various different 100m climbs. Felt good at the end and the last climb still felt comfortable. Splashed out a bit today:/

Normal warm up stuff. OH press, pull ups, squats and then some core exercises to finish. Feeling a bit tired but alright.

To the orienteering via a loop around the meadows with Tam. Feeling pretty good.

Really enjoyable course from the gym. Set off with Tam and although we took quite a few different routes finished together. Tam got ahead on on of the long legs then had to tie his laces, what a shame...

Was originally planning on just going for an hour in the evening as had a lot of work to do but couldn't resist the great weather. Feeling surprisingly good and managed to get to the top of MFD first;) great run in good company

Didn't feel too tough today, at the front with Will sitting on a decent pace of ~3.30min/km for all of them. Nice sesh

Very short swim after the gym as running in the morning upsets Achilles.

Some testing today. Squats, jumps, height and weight.
We did five rep max at squat. Went 80, 90, 100kg. Bailed on 110kg on the third...
71.9kg and 184cm
