Struggling physically. Focussing on plan out of every control. Some pretty bad routes as I stuck to the paths far too much.

Around Box Hill with a route planning exercise. Quite tough but good fun.

Got most of the way around before having to stop as pubis bone randomly got very sore. Going surprisingly alright...

A little bit of the night-o before rushing off, quite tired.

Decided not to run the long run to try and protect my Achilles a bit. Shortened the run and went for a cycle beforehand. Three laps of the seat. Feeling very out of any sort of cycling shale and had to work hard. Lots of wind on the climb and flat.

Around the seat afterwards. Was planning on only 40 minutes but no complaints so jogged about a bit longer.

Warming up and down, feeling alright but Achilles a bit dodgy on the run back so tomorrow I think I will go for a half hour run and then cycle or something.

26 minutes of effort around Holyrood fields. Felt good and kept them all in the low 3:20s. Final rep was a little fast as Will came up beside me which I wasn't having so it ended up being 3:15 mins/km, sorry Nixon:/

Most pain I have been in post session for a long time, chafing has hit me hard...
