A few mistakes put me off Harrison's pace but a good enough run for second. Felt tiiired.

Lots of suffering staring at Al Anthony's arse... Not a great feeling from the start and not running the climbs very well. Some rest this week I think then back to some reasonable training so I can match Al next year:L

Fun little course taken at quite a slow pace so as to be reasonably fresh on Saturday. Definitely worth the 2 pounds!

No long run for me today due to an easier week and racing at the weekend. Tough climbs even though I was putting in as little as possible! Around the seat with a rather fast paced Tam...

Over the seat with Tam then over to DVC for a warm up.

6x2[1] fartlek with EUOC plus some sprints. Went a bit fast.

Run back for diiinneeerr.
