Sol 3. Set off quite hard. A bit of a miss on seven but apart from that first nine were ok. Incredibly tired by the start of the long leg but took the path route and plugged on. Managed to lose a bit of time here and tried to cut the top of the hill off by coming off the track before the mast. That failed. Then it was just a very tired plod. Pleased with the result though and must be in a better way than I thought at the start. A reasonably easy week this week before the dunblane road race.

running 22:00 [3] 4.8 km (4:35 / km) +30m 4:27 / km

Easy run home from a friends. Throat is now just tickly. Was hoping to go to the central time trial today but not really worth the risk...

Jk relays. An alright performance but lost a bit of time on one meaning I was having to claw it back over the next 5 controls. Then it was just a hang on till the end with a few more misses meaning I dropped back. Turns out I either didn't punch one or it didn't register. My claim is I had to wake up a few so I reckon I just didn't hold it in for long enough. However this is getting a fair bit of abuse;)
