Warming up and down and collecting some controls

Pretty poor run. Just wasn't really very focussed from the start and quite a big miss on two which sort of set the scene. Wasn't really pushing hard enough and very scrappy. Five was really far around the crag and I didn't go far enough

Warm up and down. Drills, strides and some sprints at the end. Feeling tired after a late night last.

3 x 6 x 150m turnarounds. Around 10 seconds recovery between each and 5 minutes between sets. Fast stuff.

Central. Parlouf for 30 mins. No idea if that is how it is spelt. I think I did 27x200 with jog across recovery. Some serious bowel issues about 25 mins in

Run with a friend. First three k to the India gate in 10 mins. Net downhill though and felt pretty easy. Then to the monument and down. Amazing what a rest can do...
