Pretty slow for the first five miles before picking it up from there. Feeling surprisingly ok and pelvis giving no issues. Will alternate between cycling and running for the next week I think

I think I have something called osteitis pubis. Something to do with the joining together of the pubic bone at the front. It has probably come from the high impact squash I have been playing and it is slightly annoying I didn't recognise it earlier. Will cycle for a bit and hope it improves

Reasonably easy after squash called offD: feeling pretty good and able to comfortably go this fast because of the reps yesterday!

Drills and strides.

running 12:52 [5] 3.97 km (3:14 / km) +50m 3:03 / km

3 reps of 1333m. Feeling alright but a bit tired and running alone at the front as everyone is racing on Saturday! Times were:
4.14, 4.18, 4.20.
Not especially consistent but alone at the front.

orienteering race 37:35 [4] 9.12 km (4:07 / km) +100m 3:54 / km

Night race around urban Bridge of Allan with a small bit in the woods. Enjoyable and managed to squeeze past Will at the end for the win. Running quite well considering yesterday. At the start I thought I was going to take it easy because I have a sore lower stomach. A bladder thing they think! Nothing bad though just got given some antibiotics and told not to bother about it:L the pain went after a couple of controls anyway or at least I forgot about it! Great course and a good workout:L

5x2 minutes on 1 minute off around the field. Then a few other shorter reps totalling another 4.5 minutes of effort. Feeling tired!

Up to the monument with some friends. Running pretty well on the climb. Played an hour of squash after and was incredibly tired on the final kilometre home.
