Up to the monument with two climbs with dad. Absolutely knackered after being on top of dumyat at midnight last night. Huge doms from the squash also. Lower back and glutes really sore. A nice run anyway!
In and out for two hours of squash which was pretty tough. Starting to log cycling distance as have a new bike attachment for my garmin! Nothing else today
