Exercises. Pretty tough with a lot of climb but actually feeling ok despite yesterday

A few courses and a head to head race. Tough training and feeling quite tired. Football in the evening finished me. Including warm up

Run straight after dinner. Quickish first five k in just over twenty before a bit of a rest(2 mins, the food had caught up with me) and then continued at an easier pace for the remainder. Couple more stops when i met some friends so a pretty casual run in the end...

Shadowing on courses in terrain. Quite tough in places.

Pretty bad run but really enjoyed it. Stopped racing after the disastrous long leg:L really enjoyed it though and taught me a few lessons.

About 45k with just under 800m climb. A lot of it quite easy but a few very intense sprint to 3 min efforts. One five minute downhill that i averaged about 35 miles per hour on. I couldn't go any faster than 38. Very tired after that so no intervals today. Potentially a very easy run
