Two small misses at the start meaning off the pace. Got back with the pack by no. 8. Then a slightly longer gaffle through the little wooded patch putting me 30 seconds or so down and then they just ran away from me legs dead and really tired.

Scottish champs. Bit tired resulting in a pretty slow performance. A number of misses and 2/2.5 minutes lost on the long leg. Just not really in it

200 reps. Loads of rest between reps. Probably averaging 1 min 20. Took it reasonably easy.

Warm up and down with the orange training group. And followed some around their courses.

Tulliallan WEE.
Enjoyable course really liked the area. A number of misses but still good training and felt ok despite thinking i would feel awful after Monday. Some nice route choice!
