Trossachs brown course from earlier in the year. Really good training but going slow with quite a number of mistakes. Still really enjoyed it and had a nice race with Will for a few of the controls before he got ahead again. Could have ran it a lot quicker if racing and head fully in it. Thanks to Jason for telling me about it and Jon r for the lift

To and from dunblane. Had a near bad fall when arriving home. Forgot to take my foot out:L

Feeling pretty tired. Not fully recovered from the two hard sessions Wednesday and Thursday. Still a nice run over to and around the laighills. Intensity two in parts, intensity four in parts. A required break and end of todays revision.

At central. Maybe a bit stupid day after dumyat but i thought why not:L We were in threes doing 200 metre relay sort of thing. So one every three i was running. Probably ran a tiny bit less than 200 every time. More like 195 metres. This went on for 30 mins. Times were

Really didn't like this lopsided around a track running so next week will probably do one of the alternate sessions.

Warning up and down. Feeling a little sore but willing to put in an effort:L

Pretty pleased with this race. That said awful pacing off the start. Far too fast too soon so spent the whole hill head down hands on knees pretty much. Caught and passed by both Roger G and Will H on the ascent despite being a fair distance ahead after the first one and a bit k or so. I took the downhill hard though catching and passing them, getting the fvo battle in the bag:L then it was just hold on along the flat to the end. Reduced to a walk by one of the tiny inclines on the path though! Came in 3845 which i am really pleased with as was going for 39.

2450 on the ascent, 1355 on the descent

Nice reasonably easy jog with a friend. Feeling quite tired and not at all rested for the dumyat race tomorrow. I think i will give it a shot anyway:L

Running around the slightly tussocky field looking at hill and sorta terrain loops i can do. The idea is i will do some of these every Tuesday. Feeling not too bad with the nice pace.
