Note

Throat has been quite bad past few days. Woke up today feeling a lot better just very blocked up. No training today. Maybe a jog tomorrow if i am up for it. Can't afford to be ill for jk due to selection etc.

Throat feeling a bit dodgy. Feeling it a bit, been doing a lot of singing and a bit much high intensity stuff. Probably just rest today. No overdoing for the JK

Easy to start then was tougher on the way back. Two quite hard days but i suspect central tomorrow will be easy due to time trials on Saturday

Pretty tough didn't know what i would do until i got out. Took the first few k not too hard and pushed the end. Quite tough in the miserable weather! Around dunblane roads

Felt pretty tired from the start. Also a very bad stomach so anything that involved repetitive jumping felt horrible! Skipping, high knees etc.
