Pretty tiring! Dead legs afterwards i think Fridays walk took more out of me than i thought. One big six minute mistake which was pretty frustrating. Ended up four minutes down on Thomas who won. Just more control needed. Knowing when to slow down etc etc.

Up mount keen with the family wasn't too tough. Yet another rest day as throat is still a bit sore if it has improved by tomorrow Will go on a run in the morning

Very easy session tonight which i was pleased with as v tired. Three by 400ish then then five by 200ish all with a reasonable amount of rest. I think i ran most at around 3 min/k or a bit higher but not too tired by the end. Longish run with a friend lined up for tomorrow so quite pleased with the difficulty of the session.
