Reasonably easy jog around the roads. Had told mum i would be home for six so didn't go as far as i would have liked. Had to push the pace slightly towards the end to make the curfew!

Press ups with 60 seconds rest 15-14-16-15-15-13-30 Plank for 1.5 min, 1.25 min, 1 min. With 60 seconds rest. 3*70 crunches with 30secs rest. Feeling a bit rubbish strength wise today not sure why.
2nd in the stirling schools third to sixth year race. Was never going to get too good a time for this! Legs feeling really dead in in the warm up from yesterdays race but was pleased with position! A very big 17 seconds down on first (runner from the year below) but not too bothered as i raced reasonably well to hold off third without too much trouble. Very tough short sharp race!

Good solid run. Feeling quite tired but pushed the pace a bit towards the end as i hit the off road section. It was like running on a treadmill with all the mud!
