Spent the day travelling from Ljubljana to lake Bohinj and then walking up to Kredarica hut just below Triglav. Lovely walk at a pretty solid pace the whole way, sweating buckets!

We went for a pre dinner attempt up Triglav but realised quite quickly that there wouldn't be enough time to get us all up and down (Callum also looked like he'd seen a ghost). Instead I ran/walked up on my own and had a little sit down at the top before running down. Tried to avoid touching the Via Ferrata stuff as I possibly could as it was unnecessary in a lot of places. Got down in ~20 minutes for a lovely bowl of bean stew, lavely.

Hired some bikes on Dugi Otok and had a roasting cycle out to the "salt lake". Decided to carry on to the sea for a swim where there was a 70m shelf down into the water. Made for some exciting cliff jumping and panicky, speedy exits! Cycled back for the ferry back to Zadar.

Really nice ride from x to Hvar and back. 450m climb each way taken at a veeerry easy pace to soak in the views and try not to collapse in the heat!

Easy up and around Dykedale. I should probably take a very easy day or a day off running tomorrow... Foot seems to be holding up pretty well though.

Perth parkun. Battling with virtual Colm from start to finish. I had no watch so went off a bit fast. A few second hesitation at around the one km mark and another one around the 2 km mark where I went bit further off course. Still with Colm here before he pulled out a bit of a lead over the small grass section. I was giving up hope pretty badly and crawling along by around 4km (by this point the eventual winner had a bit of a gap and I was exhausted). When the finish came into sight I realised I was being a complete wimp and went full gas to the line, dipping Colm at the finish. Pleased enough with that and reckon the time will drop nicely...

Plenty of mistakes and 12 minutes down. Couldn't run either unsurprisingly. Still really enjoyed it and the arena had a great view... Foot feeling fine. New insoles seem to be working

Absolutely savage. Exhausted and overheating at number two but survived. Same result as yesterday but today I was 30 seconds down on a 2 minute hill leg, couldn't get up it at all...

Dolomites. Having had a bit of a sore foot walking with the family the past few days I was a bit unsure about this. Ran hard anyway and died veery quickly. Took the victory on my first run above intensity 2 in nearly 5 months... And 3rd run over 20 minutes... there were only 5 others;) But beat the 18s as well, a few more of them...
