Extremely slow around some of the M20 course. Not feeling good at all with exams and the following celebration really taking it out of me! Annoyed not to be able to run hard and well. I think i am rid of the illness plague for the time being so ready to get training again. A long way to go!!!

2 x 10 minutes with 2 minutes recovery then 4 x 300m. First ten minutes felt like i was on the back of a fluffy bird, second one a bit tougher. 300s all dirtier than Tams thoughts.

Chest cramped badly at the start but got moving alright in the end. With a friend turning the session into a long one

Seat run with a couple of tough climbs. Time to get fit...
I have been selected for JWOC which i am over the moon about. Middle and Long with most likely a first leg run on the relay. Exciting but getting to fitness isn't going to be easy!! Trying to be sensible at the moment and will keep the miles low for the next couple of weeks before the official start of the summer hols where rest will be easy to get and therefore training time can go up! Confident that i can get myself into some solid shape.
