Up to the monument on a very unorthadox route. Lots of mid shin snow and sometimes up to the knees. The forest was stunning today, loved it. I reckon I gave my calves a good ice in the process as well!

Very quick one before dinner. Was contemplating central but was feeling veeery tired on the cycle into Dunblane earlier so a very short, not so sharp one just to attempt to get some quality into the day.
10x 30 hard 30 easy. Feeling quite tired and not running very fast. Looooving it. Extended the last one to a minute so I wouldn't have to jog very far home...

Around Bannockburn. No one was really pushing the pace at the front so a bit of a cruise for the most part! GG comfortably beat me to the finish but gave me the win seeing as he had been mapping there only two weeks before:L

Devil's Burdens relay second leg with Dad. Really lovely day meant some lovely views over the frosty top. Didn't have to work especially hard after Thomas wimped out of running with me due to a cold;) was a bit of a relief actually:P great running all round.

A cycle up Sheriffmuir and a loop around the carse with a friend. Also in and out of Dunblane. Last half an hour of the cycle was pretty tough and pretty jelly legged after it... Nice ride

Couple hours climbing, shin not feeling great so taking a day off any form of running... Still managed to have to run for the train for about ten minutes though. Ah well, a cycle and probably an easy run lined up for tomorrow.

6x3/1 around the field. They were a mixture of intensities really, was mostly just enjoying myself at around 4min/km with some ups, downs, tussocks and amazing views.

Up to the monument with Iain and another guy from central who I haven't seen in ages so had a nice catch up. Felt really easy and was moving well!! Loving it

Up to the monument with an added extra little climb whilst cutting back to take Clare back onto a road:P started out chasing Dad and Clare so a bit of effort in the first ten minutes before an easy/steady effort for the remainder. Feeling pretty good.

Monument... Feeling pretty tired. Shin feels really worrying, some pain right on the inside of the bone about a third of the way up it. Cycling for the next while with some easy running... Would really like to be running some big miles at the moment but shin says no.
