Another poor run but the same outcome! Second placed team after two solid legs from ewan and joe put me in the mix. Also enough to tip the balance in Scotland's favour;) overall win by two points!!!! Yaaaaaldiiii. Was worried when I came in thinking I was in third but the cheering convinced me of my second place:P

JHIs individual. Lost a lot of time and feeling very rusty. Although there were a few nice legs:L most people seemed to be on the same position so I came second!

Around dunblane. Two five minute tempo efforts. Ran around the old primary school route and managed to take it down from 6 to 5 minutes without too much effort. Must be a bit faster than when I was eleven

5 minute warm up then 10x 1 minute on and 30 seconds off. Didn't want to start cramping up again and I thought it pretty likely after another day walking around so kept it short. Better than nothing:L

Around Amsterdam. Got a little lost in the middle but manage. To follow signs to the main station. Nice run but everything was really tightening up towards the end. Have only been able to run in my flat soled casual shoes for past week and a half so everything is struggling a little:L

Week walking in the Swiss alps. feeling pretty wrecked. Ran 5x1 on 1 off and a couple of random intervals. Walked for a few hours during the day with a reasonable amount of climb
