Was supposed to be home earlier today but cancelled flights left us stranded in Basel... A little run on some sleep deprived legs before a nice evening chill in the hotel. 24 minutes tempoish then five strides. Keeping it ticking over- 3:30s feeling nice and manageable on the flat

Easier day of scrambling and walking. We were meaning to do a climbing route but we took ages to find the base of it and we were so cold after the first pitch that we decided to play it safe and bail. Still beaut walk

Squeezed in a run after dinner just to make sure my body couldn't be any more broken. Up onto the moor and a few km there. Feeling fast but legs sooore. 3:10 min/km final 900 to squeeze under the 5 min/km mark.
