Foot feeling loads better but I am pretty ill atm. Have been told to do a twenty minute tester before a podiatry assessment on Tuesday. Will do that tomorrow

Didn't have any goggles and eyes already a bit irritated after the last few days so did some kick for 20 minutes before my foot started hurting and I left... Great fun ;) I asked to borrow some goggles but they wereny havin' any of it

Foot started getting a bit achey so called it a day early. Woke up feeling a bit ill anyway so a rest day should do me good. Went to the physio on Thursday and was told I have a "stress reacrion" in my Cuboid bone on the outside of my foot. Cross training for a couple of weeks before a podiatry assessent whatever that'll do.

Getting shown the ropes by Beth. Time went by nice and quickly then the last twenty were a slog. Shoved in 10x 60/30 to make it up to the hour. A lot to work on technique wise :P
