Tried jogging. Usual route, just to Balch driveway on 3rd part. Felt basically OK during, but left groin not good next day. Depressing. This (groin, psoas, whatever) has now been a problem since the October apparent tear. Frustrated - appears to barely heal even with non-use.
Absolutely no jogging for, say, a month? Challenge it more with mild variety somehow? Get more professional advice?
On positive side, the other (lower body) problem, left heel pain, seems to be lessening with a return to heel drops. Still feel it in morning though - not out of woods yet. And banged it justwrong on a cleat yesterday.
