Brush clearing 30:00 [2]

Eliminated spruce / birch / bittersweet "island" near small cottage, at least felling everything so it can start drying ahead of planned bonfire on top of nearby old stump in field. Arms could barely lift chainsaw by end. Lots of clambering around felled stuff and this may have aggravated knee.

Flye Pt w Harriman's bike ride, alone. Tried to concentrate on maintaining power through pedal cycle, with higher cadence. Felt fine. However, remain concerned about hamstring and left knee; the latter again hurt when rolling over in bed.

Hour long "easy" yoga but will count for 30 minutes.

Right hand machine. Used routine 2 level 7, I think - seemed pretty good.

Note that left knee hurt in bed (and on going up hills in morning)... not sure why but maybe it was some of the yoga positions.

Not good on the hamstring front. Hurt on the first stride and settled to dull ache after that. Guess I can "run" but depressing knowing from experience that I probably can't "run through" this. Will try to maintain overall fitness in other ways but this can't bode well for the sprint.

It was fun to use a GPS watch on a run for the first time in few years, though. Need to figure out how to get route graphics into AP.

3-way, trails/driveway. Worried about hamstring - first run after 6 days off. It ached throughout run, but I was able to go at a decent pace with smaller steps. Afterward, seems like I didn't make it worse - can at least try to not "lose it" while I try to alleviate the problem through stretching, etc.

Returned to having wedge under right heel - will stick w that for the moment.
