3 way route. Cool day with new shoes, legs rested. Took first leg to driveway end at medium pace, then pushed progressively, trying to keep steps short-ish and smooth. Felt good! Was aware of hamstring but it didn't hurt. New PR (in recent recorded years at least) for this route. Definitely like the shoes - they feel light, grip well and also have some spring to them.

Still doing ball hamstring curls (2 sets of 15) almost every day. Credit this (and maybe gentle door stretches?) for somehow improving hamstring issue.
