Mweni Marathon. Plan was to be conservative so that I could run most of the way down rockeries and the road section. All went to plan except for some low blood sugar cramps which slowed my progress on the runnable section below rockeries, had to stop and eat and then managed to run most of the road section, happy with my time, would be nice to get closer to the 5hr mark! Conditions were good aside from being quite over grown on the way up. Finished in 13th place. Meg Mekenzie won in 4:58.
