First tempo workout of the season. At the gym on their treadmill because B wanted to go and it's better when we both go. Actually a treadmill is a good place to do a tempo workout. Did 5 x 800m at pace of 8:41 with one minute walk in between. Also 10 minute warm up and 5 minute cool down plus a little walking. Forgot to note the mileage. Time is approx. Stupid treadmill stops after 30 minutes and has to be restarted. A good workout nonetheless.
