Tried an easy run to see how hamstring would respond. It felt OK during and just after but then felt a little wonky later on in the day. So no miracle cure yet. Next will try to run on Saturday. I'm scheduled for a 10K race on Monday.

After teaching a small group of newcomers, ran around and got a few controls. Happy to see Adam there. Rick and Linda came from ROC. Woods were nice even though the weather was hot today: 31ÂșC. This map is in dire need of updating. Fortunately it is on the list to do. R hamstring is complaining tonight.
