First track workout of the year at Williamsville South. Parking lot was mobbed because of a chorus concert. Chilly. Really good turnout though. Rep pace was :54/200.

Really sloppy day outside so decided on the Treadmill. Went to the gym to do it while the car was in the shop. Not used to their machine which caused a little consternation.
