running 37:17 [2] 3.37 mi (11:04 / mi) +22m 10:51 / mi
shoes: Asics 2000-3.2

Ran slowly. Cold, -10C, wind W17mph, but sunny. Hamstring gave no problem so I guess it's cured? Had an audition for a commercial today. Not sure how it went. Shopped for food this AM - first time at the COOP and then Wegman's. Went to the library with Barbara and browsed Car and Driver and a running magazine. It said old farts like me should join a running club - which I've already done!

The usual except I only did token weight on the leg press due to concerns about hamstring. No problems though.

Hamstring felt pretty good but decided to play it conservative and rest it a couple of more days. Should be good to go on Thursday.

Hamstring still feeling a little off, so decided to take a walk around the park. Didn't cause any problems. Even jogged for 100 m with no problem.

running 30:57 [2] 2.51 mi (12:21 / mi) +17m 12:05 / mi
shoes: Asics 2000-3.2

Was supposed to be a tempo run but right after speeding up got a bad feeling in my right leg. Had to stop immediately and walk home. Could be hamstring. I thought I warmed up OK.
