Thought about doing the workout for one level below mine because of the sh*tty time I had at the Subaru 4 mile Chase. But was able to do it at my usual pace which was good because for the previous 2 weeks I had been unable to complete the entire workout. It was 12-400's at 1:56 with 60 second recoveries in between. Then the ice cream truck showed up with free ice cream for all. Is this club great or what?

Random thought: Ice Cream trucks must be the original food trucks. But how do the workers stand the inane jingle they play over and over and over?
