Ben is in town to take his Mom to a Sabres game tonight so I bought him a guest pass to the gym. He spent his workout running on the roads but used the gym's foam roller to massage his IT band which he has been having trouble with.

Sprague Brook Park, which only has a 2.1 Mile loop. But I had it pretty much to myself. Nice warming shed. I also did some bushwacking on summer trails. Good cross training. 20F and winds 20mph in the open area near the parking lot.
