Outside in the chilly weather. (11 degrees F, winds NW at 9mph.) Started in the sun, then a snow squall hit, so I ran back to the house to get a mask. But couldn't find it, so continued run. Sun came back out after a while, then more snow. Footing not bad. Face felt a little chilly but rest of body OK. Feeling freaked out by article in "ONA" about running in cold weather and the dangers of frostbite that can result in gangrene and "auto-amputation." I can only imagine what that is.

Note

Never made it to the gym. Spent AM with Walt and Patty programming the controls for Sunday's ski-O (which was later cancelled). Afternoon taken up with volunteer driving and nap. Maybe I'll do a make-up on Sunday.
