Say what you will about running on a treadmill, it's nice to run in shorts and a t-shirt indoors when it's rainy and cold and dark outside. Varied speeds starting at 6.0, then 6.1, 6.2, 6.3, 6.2, 6.1, each for 5 minutes. Spent about an hour getting the Roku to work properly. Then watched part of "Samsara" while running.
