Hill running on the treadmill. Say what you want, it's nice to run in shorts. 5 "hills" of 6% at 9:40 pace for 2 minutes followed by recovery of 2 minutes at 1% at 10:00 pace. The HR shows the hills well. 10 min of jog before. Listening to operatic highlights.

One lap of the park. Rather poor conditions. Snow blown away in many places. No tracks. Windy. 24 degrees. Looking at heart rate, not much worth for training. I think I'll go back to running until I can go someplace and skate ski.
