Just a gentle run in the cemetery, trying to hit as many roads as possible in the time allocated. GPS track was way off at start. Not sure why. Didn't plan time well (got carried away) and finished in a place that left a long walk home, so decided to run/walk to my usual stopping place. "Wintry mix" was just starting to fall as I finished. Good timing.

A new strategy for the warm up. Run/walk instead of just walking. The idea is to avoid the big spike in HR I was getting when starting to run after only a walking warm up. A 5 min walk/run gets me to the entrance of the park as well. It seems to work for the HR too.

A lap of the park plus some more. Tent leftover from the winter festival was still there as was the temporary ice rinks - being used by neighborhood kids for hockey pick up games. Slightly above freezing temps.
