Vickie had us do a ladder: 1x400 + 1x800 + 1x1000 + 1x800 + 1x400. All at interval pace with 3 min jog recovery in between. Finished with 4x100 quick strides. Could feel the hamstring during the strides. Came home and took Advil and applied frozen peas and stretched some more.
