To the boat.

Back home. Discovered battery in boat was dead so hurried home to get charger and take it back to the boat in the old Olds. Hence no trip to the gym today. Got enough charge in the battery in 4 hours to be legal for the race that evening which got abandoned anyway because of lack of wind.

The workout was 5 x 1000 at interval pace with 3 min jog recovery. I did four of 'em and one lap on number 5 before deciding discretion was the better part of valor. Hamstring issue was evident but not annoying. Is getting better.

Tempo run in the park using the mile markers for 17 and 18 left over from the marathon. Ran too fast. Should be doing 8:22. A lovely day.
