snow shoveling 25:33 [3]

Not too deep but pretty wet so a good workout.

strength 36:00 [3]

Decided to work out upstairs so the time included carrying the weights up and down the stairs. It's all good.

running 27:49 [3]
shoes: Asics 2150

Running among the dead people. Tried to add a loop to take the time to 30 minutes. Need another loop. The day started out sunny for the dogs' walk this AM but is now cloudy with flurries. Saw some interesting sights. I will have to remember to take my camera the next time.

Note
(rest day)

Started doing calesthenics and then remembered from my Attackpoint log that I had already done 'em three times in the last week. So declared a rest day. No need to overdo it.
