No nuthin' today. But did get a lot done. Finished covering the boat. Little Dewey got a clip today and we didn't like it. But like all haircuts, it will grow out.

Didn't much feel like a speed workout. Awoke this AM with a little headache which I think was due to a sinus thing. Took an Advil before the run which probably helped in multiple ways. So I went for a gentle jog to the lake and around. The bridge over Delaware is fixed! Hooray.
