running intervals (Treadmill) 35:45 [4]
shoes: Asics 2150
Got a late start so set up an interval workout on the treadmill. It took a little arithmetic to input the workout. Was able to do about 75% of it before dinner. Seems like a good way to do a workout like this. Might need to find things to view on TV. Forced to watch CBS evening news (OK) and Inside Edition (ugh).
Got in the 800m, the 1000m, and the 1200m, with jogs in between. 10 min and 5 min warm up and cool down jogs.
