Tuesday night track workout. Ran 1600 at tempo pace, 1200 at interval pace, 800 at interval pace, and finally two 400's at rep pace.

Ran 17 minutes at tempo pace which should have been 8:22 / mile. I think I was pretty close to the right pace. In the park on the ring road. Goal is to get up to 20 min.
