Weekly track workout. We were to do 4x1000m at interval pace which for me was 4:42. My intervals were 4:40, 4:38, 4:38, and 4:49. The last time was the result of a bobble on the track when I had to wait for a faster group to start ahead of me. Then we did 4 quick strides of 100m.
