Five two minute hills at 6 degrees and 6.7 mph. Recovery at 1 degree and 6.0 mph after 10 minute warm up at 1.0 degree and 6.7 mph.

Taking down the map hike markers in Chestnut Ridge Park with Greg. A really nice day, sunny and cool. Started out wearing gloves but took them off before long. Ran on flats and downhills. Mostly walked on uphills. Stopped to search for and then take down the markers, so logged the intensity as a 2.
