Slightly abbreviated version of regular routine...until I am back up to speed. Will do this short version for 6 sessions and then start increasing weight and reps until back to where I was before.

Doc says I'm recuperated so I have no limits on my activity. Hooray. Celebrated with a jog around the park at about 4 PM. Saw a bunch of XC kids training.
