On my long run today I went for a couple of loops in both parts of the park and here was some of what I saw...

Possible future sprint venue, nice woods on the left, nice meadow on the right.


This would be a paved path junction...


No doubt about this feature...


You could put the flag on any side of the tree and it would be hidden...

Ran the green x course from the 2009 BOF. Stopped (off the clock) near the end to pick up ribbons that had been marking barbed wire. One big goof - silly considering how much time I had spent in the woods. I might not have made the goof if the flag had been in place. Probably also took a detour to pick up the ribbons. I'll have to check RG. Left heel a little red but skin not broken. Gotta toughen it up.

Twice around the golf course on the cinder path. Nice little breeze. Ran late in afternoon after visit by Ann to plug holes in fence and after Ben and Amanda left for Corfu. Also after nap.
