First session of hill training on treadmill. Ran 8 min warmup at easy pace of 10 m/m (6 mph) at 1% elevation. Then three repeats of 3 min at 4% at 8.0 m/m (7.5 mph) interspersed with 4 min recoveries at 1% at easy pace of 10 m/m (6 mph). Cool down of 5 minutes at easy pace. Felt like a proper workout.
