Ran along the beach, half the time headed south and half the time headed north. Nice firm surface. Got past the condos to the state park at the south end of Amelia Island. Would like to explore this area more someday.

Jogged on the bike/pedestrian path at Amelia Island Plantation in Florida. Not sure mixing bikes and pedestrians was a good idea but saw none of either. Lots of nice little hills. Strange vegetation. Ran with their street map which was vital.

Another jog in Central Park. This time headed north from 94th street. Saw some interesting sights including a real forest.

Ran in Central Park in the AM. Went past the NYC marathon finish in a backwards direction. Quite an impressive set up. The workers were dismantling the grandstands. People were having their pictures taken at the finish line.
