Classic distance race at CNYO meet. Green course. Big boom on control 1 of all places wrecked the race for me. Was able to keep going in good spirits but I knew I had lost my 3rd place. Had my first SI moment at control 4 when I left the control trying to make the map make sense for leaving #3. Lost 6 minutes here. No excuse. Had some decent route choices after that and one really bad one through the marsh.
