Nice morning run with Ben. Through both sides of the park down the parkways and through the cemetery and then a loop in the neighborhood. Was going at a faster pace than I would have if running alone.

I feel better. I don't think this cold is going to get worse. But I don't think I'll push my luck by training.

walking warm up/down 12:00 [1]
shoes: Asics GT2100

running (hills) 30:17 [2] *
slept:10.0 shoes: Asics GT2100

Ah, the joys of 10 hours of sleep. Here I am, back in Buffalo, sipping coffee from my Army Orienteering mug, logging my run. Ran a nice hilly loop in Forest Lawn Cemetery. Nine hills in 30 minutes. This will be a good test run in the future to gauge fitness or something. Ran with the map of the cemetery in hand. Good practice re-orienting the map as the junctions came up quickly and the road also changed direction between the junctions. Ran past Millard Fillmore's grave twice.
