Found time in the late AM to run/walk even though leaving in afternoon to go to a road rally in Rochester. We finished first.

Got to the end of my workout record sheet so planned a new dumbell routine and then figured out weights with a couple of repetitions. Usual stuff: chest, back, shoulders, biceps, triceps, calves, crunches, leg lifts, flutter kicks.
