Picking up controls at Sardinia Forest left over from the meet the day before. Training goal was to minimize pace counting. Success! Added on a small loop after dropping equipment at car. 45 minutes of more or less running. Total time out 51:25. A lovely fall day. Encountered Bills traffic on the way home.

Could have gone running this day (ankle much better) but was tied up on a shoot for 10.5 hours. Spent a good deal of time outside on the Buffalo Skyway, but I'm not allowed to say why. Had to sign an NDA like the other 59 talent.
