Finally back at it after a 2 week layoff. First was a trip to NYC for Ben's graduation and then a few days helping him move his stuff back to Buffalo (he's headed for DC) and then picked up a bug in NYC which took a while to resolve. And the whole time out of touch of AP. Sorry, friends.

Hot today and windy with a cold front about to pass through. Hope it doesn't interfere with sailing tonight. Finally got the boat put together yesterday.

Note

In NYC for Ben's graduation today at Yankee Stadium. Nice ceremony. Sonia Sotomayor was the speaker. Horrible crowds. Did a fair amount of walking in addition to subway today. Spending a lot of money on restaurants. Wish you were here.

Decided to go to Oringen today in spite of airfare penalty due to procrastination. You can't take it with you. Will make up difference by camping and eating modestly.

First time in a long time. Went down 5 lbs in weight and still struggled on a couple of the machines. I guess you gotta keep up with this on a regular basis. Still trying to convince the Membership Director to give O a try. She's interested - but has a busy schedule. Her boy friend is an Eagle scout so that should be a good thing.
